A real limit of 500,000 is sufficient for purchases of ~200,000 over 30 Days (calculated by multiplying your purchases by 2.5)

ⓘ Tip: The system calculates the real purchasing power of the limit. A R500,000 limit supports approximately R200,000 in purchases over 30-day terms.

Decision: Send or Skip the application
Based on your internal requirements:

Send Application — the customer receives a digital application to complete.
Skip Application — the customer is not contacted. If skipping, attach a paper-based application to support a detailed limit recommendation (see Step 7).

⚠ Note: If you skip the application, make sure to attach a completed paper-based application in the next step. This supports a more accurate limit recommendation.

Provide your motivation and attach supporting documents
Select Yes to include a motivation, type your message to the approval team, then upload any supporting documents such as a paper-based application or bank statements.

ⓘ Tip: After initiating, use Workflow Overview to track the status of your application at every stage.

9
Track all stages in Workflow Overview
After initiation, the application routes through the following stages:

• If your process includes an Initial Risk check, the application goes to that team first.
• If you chose Skip Application, it still routes to your team for a decision.
• After your team's decision, it goes to Trade Shield for a limit recommendation.
• If you chose Send Application, it is sent to the customer once approved.

Monitor all stages at any time from Workflow Overview.
