How to Process a Legal Dispute Escalation

⚠ Before you begin: You will need your Trade Shield login credentials and access to the signed agreement document (PDF) from both parties. Ensure the document is ready to upload before starting this process.

Log in to Fabric

Open your browser and go to app.fabricworkflows.com/admin/action-centre. Enter your Trade Shield credentials to log in.

Navigate to the Action Centre

After logging in you will land on the Inoxico Fabric home screen. Click the View button under Action Center to proceed.

If you land directly on the Action Centre, skip to Step 3.

Find the Application

In the Action Centre, locate the application in one of two ways:

  • Search bar — type the applicant's company name to filter results, or
  • Quick filter chips — click the Legal Dispute Escalation chip to show only those workflows.

ⓘ Tip: Clicking the Legal Dispute Escalation chip filters the workflow list so only disputed applications are shown — this is the quickest way to find them.

Open the Application

Locate the correct application in the filtered list. You will see the workflow stage, a summary of the dispute email status, and the transition timestamp. Click the → View button to open the application.

Review the Dispute & Upload Documents

The Legal Dispute Escalation screen shows you four key sections:

Subject InformationApplicant company name, contact person, email, and contact number.
Dispute MotivationThe reason(s) the applicant disputed the Terms & Conditions.
InstructionsExpand this section to read the step-by-step instructions for resolving the dispute.
Agreements UploadUpload the amended PDF signed by both parties using the Attach Signed Agreements button.

Once the document is uploaded, click → Continue to submit and move the workflow forward. To abandon the process at any point, click ✕ Cancel Application.
