Please attempt the following Hard Reload solution (assuming you are using Chrome):
- Open the site (portal.tradeshield.ai )
- Press F12 (A very technical side screen will open up)
- Navigate to the reload button in the top left-hand corner of your screen
- Hold in SHIFT and right click on the reload button and select > Empty cache and hard reload
- Close Chrome
After the above you should be able to log in again without issue, if you have trouble with the above or this does not work please reach out to us once more and we will assist you.
