Where Do I Find My Research Report?

This article explains how to locate the research report for an application that has completed assessment and reached Level 1 approval in Trade Shield.

It is intended for approvers who need to access customer research reports for review.

Prerequisites:

Before starting, ensure the following:

• You have access to Trade Shield.
• The application has completed assessment and moved to Level 1 approval.
• You are logged into the Trade Shield web platform.

Steps

1.Log in to Trade Shield.

2.From the left-hand navigation menu, click Workflow Overview.

3. In the Workflow Overview list, locate the approved application.

4. Click on the application name -A screen pop opens on the left.

5. Select Full application.

6. In the Full application view, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

7. Locate the Inxoxico Report Outcome section.

8. Click the Report URL link to open the researched credit report.

Additional Notes 

• If the report link is missing, confirm that the application has fully completed assessment and reached Level 1 approval.
• If the report does not open, try refreshing the application or logging out and back in.
