2. Understand What This Stage Means

•At this stage, the company has been added as part of the customer’s application but is awaiting inclusion into the Inoxico database. On Trade Shield, this displays as “New Company Search.”

3. Behind-the-Scenes Action

•Your request has automatically been passed to Inoxico for verification and addition of the company.

•No further action is required from your side at this point.

4. Wait for Inoxico Processing

•Once Inoxico completes the company validation and adds it to the database, the application will automatically move to the next workflow stage.

•This process time may vary depending on load, but delays are typically minimal.

5. Notification of Completion

•You will be notified once Inoxico has confirmed that the company has been successfully added.

•After confirmation, the application will continue the normal application workflow.
