Steps

1. Identify the Current Workflow Stage

Open the Workflow Over View and review the current application stage.
If the application shows Confirm Subject Details – Bureau Confirming Company Details, it means you could not find the company in the Inoxico database and used the Add It Now feature.


2. Understand What This Stage Means

At this stage, the company has been added as part of the customer’s application but is awaiting inclusion into the Inoxico database. On Trade Shield, this displays as “New Company Search.”


3. Behind-the-Scenes Action

Your request has automatically been passed to Inoxico for verification and addition of the company.
No further action is required from your side at this point.


4. Wait for Inoxico Processing

Once Inoxico completes the company validation and adds it to the database, the application will automatically move to the next workflow stage.
This process time may vary depending on load, but delays are typically minimal.


5. Notification of Completion

You will be notified once Inoxico has confirmed that the company has been successfully added.
After confirmation, the application will continue the normal application workflow.


Troubleshooting 

Symptom:

The application appears stuck at Confirm Subject Details – 

Bureau Confirming Company Details.


Cause:

 The company included in the application is not yet in the Inoxico database, and Inoxico has not completed their verification and company‑addition process.


Resolution:

Wait for Inoxico to complete the company validation.
Once they add the company to the database, the application will automatically progress to the next stage.
You will receive a notification once confirmation from Inoxico is received.
