How to Reset Your Trade Shield Password

If you cannot log into Trade Shield because you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset it quickly and securely. The process takes less than 2 minutes.

⚠ Does your company use Single Sign-On (SSO)?

If your organisation has enabled SSO, your Trade Shield login credentials are the same as your company or computer login details (for example, your Windows or Microsoft 365 username and password). In this case, the “Forgot Password?” link in Trade Shield does not apply to you.

To reset your password, please contact your internal IT department or helpdesk — they manage your company credentials and will be able to assist you directly.

Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”

Navigate to https://login.tradeshield.ai or use the direct reset link below. On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link located directly below the Password field.

Answer your pre-set security questions

The system will prompt you to answer the security questions you set up when your account was created. Enter your answers carefully — these are case-sensitive.

⚠ Note: If you cannot remember your security question answers, contact support@tradeshield.ai for manual account verification.

Check your email for the password reset link

After answering your security questions, Trade Shield will send a password reset email to your registered email address. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

✓  Allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
✓  Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

ⓘ Tip: If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes and it is not in your spam folder, contact us at support@tradeshield.ai or call 010 753 1630.
