End Application Verification - Please attach bank/financial statements

Please note that the application is in End Application Verification:

The application was completed by the customer and submitted to Trade Shield for vetting. During our verification process, our team identified missing information or discrepancies in the provided information. Consequently, the application was returned to your customer. This process is referred to as End Application Verification, which explains why it remains in the "Request to Complete Information" stage.

Please see the below note made by our vetting team:

The customer should attach the full 3 months' Bank Statements/ Audited Financial statements and submit once more for validation.

If the Bank/Financial Statements are confidential, the customer may create and upload a substitution document instead. 

 As long as the estimated turnover is provided, we will be able to calculate a limit recommendation.

 Please follow the steps below to create a substitution document:

1. Open a blank word document (Preferably a company letterhead)
2. Type into the document that your statements are confidential
3. Save the document as a PDF
4. Upload the document into the upload fields where the statements are required
 5. Submit
