The application has been successfully completed by the customer and submitted to Trade Shield for vetting.
During the verification process, our internal team identified missing information or discrepancies in the submitted details.
As a result, the application has been returned to your customer for further action. This phase is known as End Application Verification/Correction Request - Incomplete Submission, which is why it remains in the "Request to Complete Information" stage.
Action Required:
Our vetting team has provided the following guidance:
- The customer must submit full three-month bank statements or audited financial statements for validation.
- *Insert Image from Action Centre with the note from Validations*
- If the bank or financial statements are confidential, the customer may create and upload a substitution document instead.
Creating a Substitution Document
If the required financial statements cannot be provided, the customer may follow these steps to submit a substitute document:
- Open a blank Word document (preferably on company letterhead).
- Include a statement confirming that the requested financial documents are confidential.
- Save the document as a PDF file.
- Upload the PDF in the designated fields where bank/financial statements are required.
- Submit the application for further processing.
